GemCraft Labyrinth features 27 individual skills which the player can raise using skill points gained from leveling, amulets, apparitions, and purchasing the Premium edition of Labyrinth. These skills can be freely adjusted up and down at any time between battles, allowing for full customization. Some skills start locked, and must be unlocked by reaching a certain level and/or purchasing Premium.

All players can access the following skills -

Focus
∞ skill levels
higher initial mana and mana pool size at the beginning of each battle

Forge
30 skill levels
lower gem creating and combining mana cost

Poison mastery
20 skill levels
higher poison damage (base damage poison gets multiplied) and applies to all gems with an active poison component

Multiple damage mastery
20 skill levels
higher chance of multiple damage (base values get multiplied) and applies to all gems with an active damage component

Flexibility
20 skill levels
decreased cost of extending mana pool and unlocking gem types

Slowing mastery
20 skill levels
target becomes slower (base slow value gets multiplied) and applies to all gems with an active slow component

Shocking mastery
20 skill levels
more chance of shocking target (base chance gets multiplied) and applies to all gems with an active shocking component

Resonance
∞ skill levels
higher damage for all gems

Recharge
20 skill levels
higher firing speed for all gems

Replenish
∞ skill levels
more mana replenish over time and more mana gain per kill

Construction
20 skill levels
lower creating mana cost for all building types

Bloodbound mastery
20 skill levels
higher kill to damage ratio and applies to all gems with an active bloodbound component

Chain hit mastery
20 skill levels
higher chance of hitting multiple targets (base chances gets multiplied) and applies to all gems with an active chain hit component

Dual gem mastery
10 skill levels
gems having two base components gain a multiplier to their damage, range and firing speed

Armor tearing mastery
20 skill levels
target armor gets damaged more (base amount get multiplied) and applies to all gems with an active armor tearing component

Mana gain mastery
20 skill levels
more mana gained per hit (base value gets multiplied) and applies to all gems with an active mana gain component

Wild gem
20 skill levels
start each battle with a field's unique created wild gem combined a number of times in your inventory

Radiance

higher range for all gems

gems having three base components gain a multiplier to their damage, range and firing speed

Powerful shrines

shrines charge up faster, absorb higher hit point ratios, release more thunders/bolts and raises damage for thunders/bolts

Deadly traps

trap damage and specials modifiers increased

Readiness

faster gem deployment in towers and traps

Ritual

battle amulets earned in Labyrinth increase initial mana and mana pool size

Armor Tearing Mastery

This gives any gem with an active Armor Tearing component additional damage to target armor per hit. The skill increases the base armor damage by 2% for each level of this skill. No more than 20 levels can be gained in this skill, at a total cost of 40 skill points.

Bloodbound Mastery

This gives any gem with an active Bloodbound conponent a higher kill to damage ratio. The skill increases the base kill to damage ratio by 5% for each level of this skill. No more than 20 levels can be gained in this skill, at a total cost of 34 skill points.

Chain Hit Mastery

This gives any gem with an active Chain Hit component a higher chance to hit multiple targets. The skill increases the base chance by 2-4% for each level of this skill, with a maximum of 50%. No more than 20 levels can be gained in this skill, at a total cost of 40 skill points.

Construction

This skill lowers the cost of building towers, traps, walls, and amplifiers. Each level decreases the base cost by 1-4%, with a maximum value of 40%. No more than 20 levels can be gained in this skill, at a total cost of 45 skill points. |}
