The Maxed Out Slowing Mastery Skill
Slowing Mastery is one of the skills in Gemcraft Labyrinth, and is available without purchasing the Premium edition. This skill increases the percent a monster slows. It is one of the eight skills that focuses on increasing the power of the gems, in this case the blue gem. There are 20 skill levels to this skill, and the skill is unlocked at Wizard Level 30. It takes a total of 40 skill points to max out this skill.
