- This kind of gem first appears in Gemcraft Chapter 2 - Chasing Shadows.
- The damage and special power of a white gem increases with every pool upgrade, letting it deal large amounts of damage at high gem levels due to mana requirements for both the gem itself and the mana pool's leveling point. If youre mana pool level is at lv 368, it gives a 9.15x to dmg and specials boost to a g1 poolbound and 49.26x to dmg and specials boost to a g12 poolbound gem at no skills or boosts
